I think I have finally thought of something that AI might be useful for, adding a search capability to specific folders based on file descriptions.

So I should be able to go to my pictures folder and search "dogs" and it should return any file with images, keywords or descriptions that includes something dog related.

Yes, I am forced to use Win 11. Sorry.

you can roll this yourself with yolo
i know from my normiefriends that their apple images all have this tagging built in (i think even with identification)

Copiliot+ PC should come with it by default.
I think you need to enable recall though.
