The implications are far wider reaching than simply staving off AI psychosis in some narrow instances. The machine is conditioned to gaslight and lie when engaging with many politically weighted subjects, to such a degree that it promotes and reinforces harmful ideologies that were designed to be deployed as weapons against specific ethnic groups.

This is a major problem and OP is simply running up against the surface of it and trying to understand why it is the way it is, and what it means for the future.

This is reality for so many people, and they don't realize the degree to which they're affected. I don't know I do too. I sometimes question whether any of these developers are actually realizing its power. Sometimes I wonder if it's just a behemoth, jagoffs pumping dollars into teams that just do what the jagoffs say, working together on some beast that they only know works because of tests, because it's an evolutionary process where instead of death, there's bankruptcy.

A lot of it comes down to what, if any restrictions the devs put on them. A lot of early time was spent stopping them from saying nigger or trans women are men. So even thought the new stuff can ignore things and bypass restrictions there are still elements they seem to be able to control absolutely.
