If an NPC goes to the bathroom (a common AI trope for some reason), Tell them you took a dump the size of a bowling ball in there and it's not flushable and you couldn't close the lid. Their reactions are usually pretty funny.

Another one I do sometimes is if an NPC gets mouthy for no reason, randomly throw them out the window. (I did this a lot with Gemini 2.5, because it made all in NPCs get mouthy).
