So I am trying to log into my accounts lately, and seems like they all reject the passwords that I have stored in my password manager.

Did someone hack my password manager and change all the passwords? if so, how did they get past my 2FA?

Or maybe there was some data breach and a bunch of sites had to throw away passwords? but then why didn't I get any emails about it?
