I've just got a brand new 5G internet connection, shit runs at 500Mb/s, basically wireless fibre

what is this sorcery?

Don’t worry about it go.. I mean guy hehe
>>
how is this possible for wireless internet to be faster than fibre?

fiber here is 2.5gbps up and down. 10gbps coming soon.

how far we came since the freaking dial up

The big advantages of fiber isn't just speed. It's 100% reliable, ~1ms latency, dedicated/static IP without NAT, no data caps, and the speed will stay what it is.

Just you wait it's not gonna be 500mbps when it's congested. When 4g was new here it was 100mbps, by 2023 it was 1-10mbps.

the main ingredient is spying on you and getting your personal data and info. Imagine paint to be spied on and to wear a virtual ankle monitor

I'm from a small town, every suburb has fiber, it's just me and couple of others who have to live with mobile internet, we'll see how it goes, hopefully my street will get fiber after 2 years or so

activating the MRNA prion nanovaxxbots in your body requires strong signal

No data caps or NAT (unless you want it by using that APN) on 5G here.

Link aggregation.
At best, it is a bit better than docsis3.1 with worse latency.
Strangely 5G SA has higher ping and lower throughput than 5G NSA for me.
