generic CB1200AU is like $5 and does the same thing
>>
why do you prefer in-ear over headphones?
>>
>>108756714
to maintain my immaculate personal appearance mogging 24/7. headphones give you virgin matted hair.
>>
>>108756714
sounds more direct. its the IV equivalent of listening
>>
asking this here
anyone here have an Android and use the 'Adapt Sound' function? it does eq based off a sound test, i recommend a dead silent room

>>108756714
depends where im at, i would rather have something in ear than look like an autist with his tism headpohnes with his crocs, i pad, shorts
>>
any iems that aren't for retards who collect happy meal toys?
>>
>>108756681
no peq on that, only fixed bands far as i can tell. ja-11 has shelves and peak filters placable anywhere
>>
>>108756714
doesn't fuck up my beautiful hair
>>
>>108756882
you might as well get a pair of open back headphones since you wanna act like a fucking elitist

Budget is 200 buckaroonies.
Genres: orchestral, opera, jazz, prog rock.
What should I get?
>>
>>108757253
not a sound humper but it sounds like you want something top end leaning
i recommend the bunnys
>>
>>108756714
They sound and look better, have better channel balance and they're more comfortable. Literally the only thing headphones can do that IEMs can't is shake on your head from bass and not even all headphones can do that, trash with velour pads can't no matter how much you EQ.

Peqdb listening test and plug the result into any regular EQ. Don't get vendor locked.
>>
>>108757416
vendor locked?
>>
>>108756714
I still use my over head ones, but I like iem, because they sound better. My comparison is chu2 vs snoy 7506.

*Dunu x Koto - Ito*

You are an alchemist, spoken in the legend of battling strong currents and obstacles against the upper streams of steep cascading waterfalls. Where many have given up, your persistence successfully leaps over the top of the waterfall and is magically transformed by the gods into a powerful, golden dragon.
>>
Is there a reason why my iems sound better when I increase the treble in EQ? When I try to increase the bass it sounds muddy instead.
>>
I have some "old" Galaxy Buds+
they're still working somewhat fine but they started to have some intermittent connection issues with my phone
I'm not really looking for something with top audio quality as these are mostly for use at work
But are the Buds 4 Pro worth it? what I need the most is the seamless switching that these have, I can just tap to connect and then reconnect by just clicking once on my PC, it's not a multipoint connection but I don't need to do the whole pairing thing again
>>
Any EPZ representatives in thread? Can they make shells of two different colors?
>>
>>108760103
They can make one shell one color and the other shell a different color, but I don't think they can make one shell out of two colors. If they can the seam is probably going to be ugly. You'll have to ask the seller.
>>
>>108759730
IEMs with not enough treble out of the box. Masking the usual IEM problems in the mid treble.
Hearing loss.

My blue vidos died and I'm looking for some recommendations on something wireless, can be iem or good fitting buds that won't fly out of my head on bike rides.

>Budget: $20-30 would be nice but I have wiggle room

>Intended use: outdoor and indoor listening, cabled buds/IEMs are suboptimal due to cycling helmet and the risk of getting yanked off but I can work with it if it's worth the trade off.

>Past gear: blue vidos were nice but bassy, did not stay in my ears well though.

Lmk if any further info would help narrow it down
>>
>>108760263
Im thinking about one red and one blue shell. Or something that would fit faceplates in different colors.
>>
>>108760457
That's pretty much IEMs from the last thread.
>>
hows Anker soundcore P31i for 50$ (EU), just want something for my commute

grok told me this was a good budget bluetooth iem pair. is grok correct before i pull the trigger?
>>
>>108761527
just get em already.
>>
>>108757222
If you're using a specific device for music listening it should be better hardware than your phone.
>>
>>108756714
lightweight
easy to pack away
inconspicuous
jackie chan
doesn't mess up hair
no leakage
cheap and easy to replace
less warm

i just don’t want to waste my money if they are shit
>>
>>108762712
they're shit. you'll look like a goof wearing hearing aids. the BT hooks will have background noise (constant hiss), poor mic quality, etc. kz also lacks any app to give you customization over the various possible features/functions of the bt hooks. the iems are bulky, heavy, poor fitting, and poor sounding.
using hook adapters gives you the worst of both worlds, not the best.
>>
>>108762855
i need bluetooth for work and i really don’t want to spend $250 on airpods or sonys. trying to maintain a budget. i’ve been using the moondrop pills and the stem separated from the speaker
>>
>>108762881
earfun, soundpeats, moondrop, nothing. check scarbir for model names. if your mic quality matters try to find a yt review where they include a sample
>>

thanks anon

>Buds 4 Pro worth it?
They have a fuckton more features at this point that may or may not matter to you. If you have a Samsung phone, it's a natural choice versus other models.

Is it retarded to buy the Thieaudio Hype MK II?
>>
>>108762712
you wouldn't know what that means anyway. why are you waiting for someone to put bullshit in your head before making a purchase? just buy them already, there's not one person that can tell you if they're bad for YOU, but you.
>>
>>108763006
yeah

what does that have to do w the ja-11 tho, not the same chip, those have 10 band peq

Is this it? Has audio been solved forever?
>>
>>108756714
I still have a pair of HD599 that I use when PC gayming, nothing beats them in comfort. When listening to my CD rips I use IEM + DAC. It's immersive, better sound stage and better sound altogether.

Cable of my Tanchjim Bunny DSP broke completely but the IEMs themselves are fine, should I get Truthear Gate now? I don't want to get second Bunnies just for the cable. Decent cables aren't really cheaper then a whole new set either.
>>
Xistas, I'm putting my Origin on sale. I have enough of this shitty muddy bass and fit/tip/insertion rng every single time I put them on.
>>
>SpinFit CP145
still relevant or obsoleted by W1?
>>
>>108765591
Are they that poorly vented or something? Anyway, you get what you pay for(negative returns).
