By a lot. 5 minutes of video can easily clock in at 250+ MB. Legal amateur clips are usually swapped on an S2R (send to receive) basis before they make it onto mainstream sites and I reckon Pizza is no different.At that point mathematics takes over because it incentivizes saving everything and if you get as much as you give the amounts constantly grow.

A hard drive with half a dozen images that might meet the definition of CSAM get reported as several million files because they count all of the files on the drive, including OS files. In cases when police reports a ludicrous amount of CSAM pictures found in someone's computer, like 500000 pictures, it's because if the suspect had a few CSAM videos, they count each frame in each video as a picture (even if not all frames would count as CSAM material).
