Why does /g/ have so much issue with Bluetooth headphones?
>muh qualcomm chip bad
They literally aren't. They support LDAC and even if you use AAC or SBC nobody can hear the difference especially when outside.
>muh ANC tinnitus
All of us already have tinnitus. Also 0 evidence to back it up.
>muh sub $100 bluetooth can't be good
This isn't your snake oil "hi-fi" market. Companies actually have to be competitive to survive. It's a new age. Grow up.

i don't need radio waves being beamed through my brain
>>

I was an autist for wired headphones until I tried ANC for the first time, its such a game changer. Its so much nicer when everything is like half the volume.
>>
>>108762595
I despise charging devices with a battery. People also hate BT because it's being shoved down their throats while artificially increasing the price of the device while reducing functionality (like mic only working in BT mode, but not on the wire).
No more $150 decent wired headphones for you goyim, you must now pay $200+ for the same quality because of an added chipset and battery you did not ask for :) Oh btw you can't even use high bitrate stereo+mic at the same time, hihi x3! Just a small quirk of this amazing tech!
Constant connection problems and re-pairing are also annoying as fuck.
>>
Every wireless device is another problem. I choose to minimize problems.

It would be different if we had batteries that last weeks at a time and charge in a day. But that's not the case.

>bluetooth
>delayed input at all times
>shitty gestures and controls for certain things
>having the same battery capacity as a disposable vape
>limited functionality in wired mode (even KZ's have more functionality if you have the cable with built-in microphone)
>equally overpriced as SSD's
>practically unrepairable and hold on a life line by warranty
>>
>>108762595
The biggest problem is that Bluetooth (the standard itself, not referring to wireless technology in general) fucking sucks. Even cheap wireless mice feel virtually identical to wired ones, but that's only because they come with their own dongle, a mouse that connects directly to your PC with bluetooth is virtually unusable. Wireless headphones are incredibly frustrating to use no matter what device I connect them to and introduce a subtle but very noticeable latency. Also, IEMs sound better than Bluetooth earbuds at like 1/4 the price and there are no good Bluetooth open back headphones

Shut your ARSE boomer
The last bluetooth headphones you had was in 2014. Wireless tech has been progressing at the same pace as CPUs and GPUs. Nobody even looks at wired headphones now and guess what the jewish man has to do to maintain profit over you hifibros?

The wire on your pic clearly has only 3 pins, so no mic passthrough. Nice try tho, faggot.

Because the chinkshit company that can't even spell "playback" correctly on their own ad surely isn't going lie about their product's battery life.

I don't know how to pair a bluetooth device
>>
>>108762711
I have never even thought about charging. I just take them from the charger in the morning and put them back to charge before going to bed. I have timer on the charger so that it is only charging 3 hours before I wake up. Also even if something weird happens and it will not charge, it has +21 hour battery life so it still charges the next night anyway and I will never even know it didn't the first time.
>>
>>108764563
It's not that simple when you're juggling 3-5 peripherals on one charger.

I should only need to worry about my phone.

Why you always has to lie about everything. Even if you are mad, you can just argue with facts. I had bluetooth headphones from 2002 that still works. 2023 I bought qc45 and they still work with +24h battery life.
>>
>>108764676
Holy shit life is hard when you are retard like you. You can charge 6 devices with one quality brand charger that costs $9 and is tiny and light. You don't have to use that timer if you are already using your charger 24/7 for multiple devices you fucking retard.

If you depend on some tech, always have a backup solution. Learned that the hard way, back when I was using Windows without even having something like an old laptop as backup PC.
Thus, I have two pairs of headphones - newer one for home use, older one for use while outside. If I forget charging one, I still have the other.

People who have issues with BT headphones just have sour grapes.
The market for wired headphones and buds has literally never been better but people are still bitter.

In an era where any random pair of buds from Amazon would fucking smash some $30 set of skullcandys from 2011, it really makes me think that people salty about BT are more angry they are an outgroup with wired headphones than actual gripes about quality or battery life.

You can spend maybe a fifth of the cost and verifiably get better quality than airpods but somehow that isn't good enough, BT ruined everything.
>>
Should I get soundpeats or QCY bluetooth headphones? I've had in ears from both brands and while they are very decent, in the gym they tend to not hold their place very well due to movement so I want to get a pair of over ears just for that.

Hate ANC, but use BT headphones at work, don't care about latency there, it can be 1s for all I care.
I'm not adding 30+ms latency to my home headphones though.

I get not wanting to pay extra for ANC but you can just disable it.

I am good with my 40usd LANs. Shove your bluetooth shit up your ass.
I had two and gifted them away, One turned into a pillow and had to be thrown into the trash. The second one got lost because shit is so easy to lose you wouldn't even believe.
A friend of time also had a pair of TWS but lost one so now he has a piece of shit that doesn't serve a purpose anymore.

Fox IEM doesn't have this problem.
>>
I had a couple of bluetooth headphones.
Sound quality is pretty shit compared to wired. Microphone quality is even worse.

When I cover my phone with hand they stutter.
Sometimes they stutter for no apparent reason, I suspect it's just interference.
Not to mention it's another device that require charging.
>>
>>108772620
No, many of them get plenty loud driven from an Apple dongle (1 Vrms). Just avoid the stupidly inefficient ones that don't (e.g. HE6/Susvara/Tungsten).
And don't believe the audiophools who hold the delusional belief that higher max power capability can somehow improve sound, even when the amp is never asked to produce anywhere close to that amount of power.
>>
>>108772899
I'm interested in the Sennheiser HD 600. People say it's very neutral.
