Elecom Huge. Fantastic for work (MS office, Photoshop, Reaper etc.) Very comfortable. Cured my elbow RSI.
Sucks dick at gaming though. Polling rate and click latency are noticeably worse than my old cheapo Corsair Katar.
Not a 'skill issue' either. I'm already well adapted to trackballs, and playing on my friend's ploopy was great, but damn was that bitch loud.
