When I was 16 I used to have the same reaction, then I got a car and realized I couldn't give less of a shit about whatever the fuck it takes to make one work, and how this behavior used to drive my dad just as mad as me when he or anyone else did some idiotic bullshit on the computer.It's just that people have different interests that not always align with yours, it's pretty normal, he literally just doesn't care about how his magic box works and 30 buck is nothing compared to the headache of dealing with something you don't really care about.
