What is it with tech companies trying to strap computers to people's faces? It's a fundamentally unnatural way to use an object that requires a lot of interaction. The only things that should be fixed to your body are things that provide glanceable, cursory information, measure biometrics or enhance the body somehow. So watches, smartwatches, clothing and regular glasses. Everything else is just too fucking awkward to offer and tangible benefit over just an object that is meant to be used with your hands.
Every company seems guilty of this too, it's not just Google. wtf was Apple thinking with Vision Pro? Or Meta with the Oculus whateverthefuck
