hello anons. i hope someone can give me a suggestion with my dilema. im looking to buy a new phone in the coming months. im thinking of either getting an Honor magic 8 pro or honor magic V5 foldable. these are currently on sale, the other thought that i had was waiting either for the new sony xperia 1 or the new honor magic v6 with the improved hindge and creassless inner display. i am only interested in "smaller" lighter formfactor phones which optimally would have a headphonejack and great cameras, but i guess my hopes for them to make a comeback were just wishful thinking. i missed out on buying the xperia 5 series and asus zenphones when they came out, and now a combination of both is impossible to get. therefore i deceided to abbandon my initial requirements. ive had a look at the fold7 at the store and i was suprised that it still felt kinda okay despide its weight and size, the honor v5 and v6 apparently are even smaller thinner and lighter so i guess that would be a plus. does some anon have/had the v5 and can give me his thoughts on it? what about the magic 8 pro? ive heard that the cameras are pretty great on it. the new sony xperia 1 that is about to be revealed will cost exorbitantly more that the previous one if the rumors are to be trusted. ive read that it will be 1900$!!! so that would automatically disqualify it. what route would you anons go? i thought on maybe even getting a samsung s25 or 26 because its pretty light and small but ive read lots of anons advising against it. oh here are the prices currently honor magic 8pro 1000$ + 400$ worth of extras honor magic v5 1200$ +400$ worth of extrashonor magic v6 ~1600/1700$ if we go with a slight increase of the initial price of the v5 when it came out. sony xperia 1 mk.8 1900$(rumored)
