DND 24/7, only actual incoming phone calls will vibrate and sound the ringtoneI used to have the notification sound set to None, and no vibrations for notifications, but it turns out that apps can provide their own notification sounds on Android, and that overrides the None setting. So DND is the only solution if you don't want any notification sounds.
