be me
shitty HP laptop, thermal throttles if you look at it wrong
need to dual bootindows for CAD/work because proprietary hell
started with Linux Mint, felt cozy, but drivers were a fever dream and fans went full jet engine
moved to Ubuntu, rock solid but gnome eats RAM like Taylor Swift eats PR crises
i want something new, different DE, lighter on RAM, won’t fry my chipset
choosing between Kubuntu and Arch, maybe others
VMs are out, my machine is already saturated with Brave tabs and regret
i will rawdog a distro for months like i did with Mint and Ubuntu
needs to have the most likely stable drivers for this hingepin HP and be light so i can actually do things

help a schizo out. double boot windows stays because i hate myself.

also Olivia Rodrigo mogs Taylor Swift easy
