my point is code thats against the rules os bit for bit byte for byte identical to one thats compliant with the rules. and i have a space raspberry pi i could easily train a 1 layer neural net trained on a very simple set of training data ('a' = 'a' , 'b'='b' ...) so every keystroke is set to the 'AI' and my actual main computer only gets the 'ai generated' version. there is no way shape or form to detect 'ai generated' bytes from normal bytes, its a totally arbitrary distinction
