In '95, '98 the OS used to like... display local files. A few years later they added this 'progress bar' type thing on the view of local files and since then it just acts as if local files are some indeterminate thing it's searching for. Here's a folder with some images. The progress bar claims progress. It isn't showing the thumbnails. I can leave that open for hours and maybe it'll display the thumbnails and probably it won't. I could refresh or restart and probably it'll make no difference. Several OS iterations like this. The OS used to just display local files as if they are local files and don't require indefinite searching.SOLVE MULTIPLE PUZZLES TO TRAIN THE AI IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN FREE EXPRESSIONWhere's the free market in technology?

This is like talking to a 2019 chatbot

>>108798710The name is unfortunate. I had to explain to more than 2 people that "Everything" is literally the name of the program. I thought it was funny when I saw a thread on "Everything has a macOS alternative" and people answering like "no you see, this [insert name of software that has nothing to do with this] software has no macOS alternatives"
