In my European country I have a one hour window at 7 am at the end of a month to make an appointment, during which time nobody answers the phones so I need to go make an appointment in person on the other side of the city (two hour travel time).

Pretty much. It'd be nice if it understood the context of who should speak by itself (maybe even object permanence, e.g. when I leave with character A to another room, B doesn't know the things said) but for now it's perfectly fine for me to just manually do that by throwing characters out or adding them. Not ideal, but whatever.

I get the native language issue. I use english too because the models are usually worse at my native tongue, and I figured it ruins my normal speech marginally less due to that degree of separation gained from using a different language. If my english becomes more degenerate I don't care as much.
