Is it trully that good?
Yes.But if you hate tweaking, you'll hate it.
>>108802183Yes
It's jeetware. We use Artix now.
>>108802188Checked, but yeah most distros that aren't normie ones are like that. I used to find it fun but now I just run Fedora to have some tweaking but rolling releases just aren't for me anymore
>>108802183Yup. It's top Linux right now.You have to like constant updoots tho.
it's arch with some packages compiled for some specific setupsabout as pointless as installing gentoo and compiling everything yourself just for that sick 2% speed boost
>>108802941sounds like you should install gentoo

it's the official Reddit distro

>>108802183>Manjaro>EndeavourOS>Garuda Linux >CachyOSAll good

I've been using it for about 4 months now, and I can honestly say it's been the best Linux experience for me so far. This is coming from somebody who was using Windows exclusively for countless years. That being said, it is definitely for people who like fine tuning things, and I would not recommend it for somebody who just wants things to be 100% stable and play steam games. This is because it is Arch based, receiving rolling updates. Things can, and will break. If you want the benefits of the Cachy kernel, you can install it on other distros, no need to run CachyOS for that. I see a lot of potential with this distro, but it all comes down to preference.
>>108802183I'm using right now since almost a year. It baffles me how a small team of degen slavs made peak Linux in an instant after decades of sweaty 'tismos couldn't.
