I see people swear up and down that A.I. is causing the enshitifucation of the internet, bot replies are more rampant than ever, and they they CANT go or look anywhere without seeing A.I. slop shoved down their throats. Bot replies here and there I certainly see on Twitter replies. But other than all of my time lines: reddit, twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc, all basic shit I'd normally get recommend but no forced A.I. as far as I can see. No specific algorithm settings or recommendation settings on my end to be anti A.I. I'm an local A.I.user so if anything you'd think my TL would be FULL of it. Even on my personal Twitter account that's specifically for sharing my ai side projects or hobby, the timeline is just nothing but A.Ithiret traps. I guess that technically counts but none of the "DUDE CHECK OUT THIS NEW PAPER DUDE CHECK OUT THIS NEW TURBO QUANT MEME DUDE OPENCLAW OPENCLAW OPENCLAW" that people swear is all over their timelines. What gives? Are people like pic rel just exaggerating the prevalence of it? https://xcancel.com/i/status/2054124214253174956
>>108808144The people complaining about it probably already had their algorithms filled with low effort slop so it assumes they'd like garbage AI videos too. It's not hard to avoid if you make a point to never click on low effort clickbait thumbnails and the like.
>twitter, reddit, youtube, tiktokjust dont use them
>>108808201That's the point I'm making. I use all of that shit pretty regularly and have accounts yet. I don't see any of the described "A.I. slop" normies complain about
>>108808144The claim is that the content in their feeds is AI generated, not that it's about AI. Still, I don't get that much AI content shown to me. Sometimes YouTube will recommend me some slop and I down vote it when I click on it by mistake. I'm also not on Xitter which I think is AI glazer central.
>>108808144They removed the dislikes years before AI slop videos were even a thing. Fuck you and everything in your post.
>>108808221You are the ai slop
>took away dislike counts on youtube so we couldn't quickly identify & vote AI slop downWow, wrong in so many ways. First it was years before AI as >>108808276said. It was to protect blackrock/NGO funded propaganda and blatant corporate false advertising.>quickly identifyObviously wrong, if he can't identify it by sight and common sense, what makes him think that the average person could, so that he could then identify AI content by the dislikes... Retardation.>vote ai slop downThat's not how dislikes work, they might show you less if they feel like it but a dislike and a like still both boost the video in the algorithm, in part cause it shows engagement and in part because youtube has to push unpopular mainstream slop down your throat.
>>108808201it's also here and have been for many years, retardo.
>>108808144They took away dislikes long before AI slop. It was because woke agenda and corporate interests, not because anything else.
being anti- or pro- is kinda trendy so
