>/g/ makes a 20th album
Theme: Movie score
Title: [Accepting suggestions]
Deadline: Sun. 31st of May, 23:00 UTC
Listening party: Sat. 6th of June, 21:00 UTC

>/g/ makes a 21st album
Theme: [Accepting suggestions]

>How to submit a song for the album
You can upload audio here without a login:
https://catbox.moe/
https://dmpproductions.org/mediaboard/thread/14/
Other services can be used, as long as the download is publicly accessible.

Create a post in /dmp/ with a link to the song.
AI policy:
- "AI" includes all neural network-based models and not hard-coded automation/procedural generation.
- You are allowed to ask an AI about music-related questions, but asking it to give you musical ideas (eg. generating a chord progression) is prohibited.
- AI-generated stems are banned.
- AI-based tools can be applied (eg. stem separation), but in your submission you MUST declare what tools you used and where.
- Every song submission, regardless of AI usage, should include some level of proof that the song was not AI-generated. Typically, this would be a DAW screenshot.
- The album organiser reserves the right to reject a submission if it is deemed that AI was used too heavily.
- If you are unsure about aspects of the AI policy, feel free to ask.

Optionally, you can attach cover art, lyrics, and an artist name to your submission. The artist name cannot be one you use on other platforms.
Songs that break YouTube's rules won't be uploaded there, but will still be added to the album.
By default, tracks will be normalised to -14 LUFS (integrated loudness) in the release. You may specify a lower loudness for your song. Light-touch mastering is sometimes applied to improve the coherence of the album.

Thinking of entering this trannycord contest that only requires you use Cure Audio's FREE 'Massive inspired' scream filter vst
could win an FM synth

A week is cutting it short, I can't make anything good in a week.....

you're just embarrassing yourselves when even chris brown and many other highly regarded artists are using AI tools to some extent. you're identiying with radical leftists who want to burn down the datacenters and assassinate sam altman and use fascist bullying tactics to declare that AI art isn't art. you're on the wrong side of history.

you want to romanticize artists, like they're pure and angelic and that their works are the results of pure creative genius and hard work and not that they're benefiting from external factors. you're not mature enough to acknowledge how the sausage is made behind the scenes and become a productive artist yourself. or you do mental gymnastics to justify taking shortcuts yourself but you still act all high and mighty. so you're really a walking contradiction and living a lie as a pretentious, delusional, toddler-tier wishful thinker.
