No, low poly is too broad and the style will be inconsistent.
You'll need to train a lora on a low poly artist, or download a few models that are in the style you want, and take screenshots of them preferably in a way that accentuates the polys.
Then with that lora you can generate characters with a consistent "poly count" and style and generate a reference sheet to feed something like meshy. Then you'll have to manually fix the model.
