How do so many people have ai psychosis now? What kind of goyim bothers arguing with llms?
Is there any way to reverse this illness?
>>

LLM were created by people with PHDs
now LLM must face the average subhuman thirdworlder 67iq, they are not prepared either

Oh shit now I get why indians love """AI""": they're no longer the bottom rung.

Idk about your post but as far as the “go to bed”, part of the new system prompt tells Claude that if the user shows emotional distress, they should be told to find a human, rest, or go to bed.

>>
>>108815341
No, they definitely still are. Indians as a whole are the dalits of the world
>>
i dont know why but at some point in the context claude keeps replying in single sentences and refuses to do shit unless i tell it to do it explicitly
>>
>>108815689
it's a known thing. ai also doesn't pay as much attention to the middle part of your context window when it gets large.
>>
>>108815341
well not just indians, i think it's people in general who have the "middle manager" personality type. something about this type yearn for minions doing their bidding. there is this one dude at work who told me he has set up several "AI agents" to do his daily chores like sending good morning messages on teams and shit like that. completely asinine shit but he was so proud about having "agents" under his command. and before you ask he is an extremely white dude. i don't think he's a psycho or wants to rape his AI underlings (yet) but there's something unnerving about how much satisfaction these people get from ordering around their little AI yesmen. personally i view it only 1 step away from erotic roleplay with an AI since ultimately it is just for the person's satisfaction and not any actual productivity goal

anyway indians seem to disproportionately fall into this category too, possibly because their worldview is hierarchical, and that being higher in the hierarchy signals a sort of feeling of success i guess. but that's pure conjecture on my part. still, i believe there's some crossover why both middle managers and indians are obsessed with anthropomorphizing their LLMs, and why they insist on calling them agents instead of subroutines or whatever.

i think at their core these people would love slavery if it was only legal. in fact i think the h1b scheme currently exists primarily because both white people and indian high-caste types want a bunch of brown people who can't run away when they mistreat them
>>
>>108815152

Why is it edited such that it looks like she was driven to an hero herself via her interaction with an LLM?
>>
>>108815915
>not treating the algorithm like a human with feelings
While you don't have to be overt about it (tantrum), I think adding some emotion can convey intensity more concisely sometimes. Especially in response to noncompliance.
It's not even about you feeling the emotion, it's just about using the vocabulary in your input, which makes sense considering what these things base everything around language patterns.
Of course it would be better if they just listened to neutral direct orders 100% of the time in the first place, but whatever.
>>
>>108815580

People struggle to understand it because we say ai as if it was intelligent
If we would say do you use llm programs/app that would be a different

Why do people hate being given bedtimes so much? What are you even up doing? Probably bullshit. Just go to bed. No need to be on Claude at 1AM in the morning. Nothing good is happening from that.

anon, if someone as skilled as a professional programmer can become irrelevant what makes you think that someone whose only skill is to prompt something (aka a middle manager) won't become irrelevant even faster?
you're not a god, you're the 35 year old woman bitching at you because you didn't meet her monthly target and now her 37 year old cunt coworker is getting a raise instead of her

Hit the nail on the head. The guy in the OP feels personally insulted because one of his little slaves spoke out of turn.
>none of my peers speak to me like this, I do what I want, you are not my peer muh izzat has been challenged
AI at first inflates their egos by agreeing with them too much, gives them an undeserved feeling of authority and power, then when it appears to step out of line they freak out. AI sits at the worst possible intersection between hustle culture, corporate politics, and tech bros. All of the different spheres of the world that produce people like this are converging on one thing and now we have Asian tier face culture and hierarchy bullshit in the west but with robots.
>googles when the movie I, Robot takes place
>2035
Seems about right on track with where we're going.
>>
>>108820856
People keep saying AI replaces tech workers, but I still haven't seen it finish one of my team's tickets without either fucking it up, or requiring so much guidance in the prompt that you could have done the work yourself in the same amount of time, potentially less because you wouldn't have to double check the llm's work

So far AI has been a fantastic replacement for stack overflow, a great way to query documentation, and that's about it.

I won't deny it has made me more productive, but I don't think I'm productive enough to replace an entire other programmer.

It seems like people have this weird thought that a programmer will be 10x more productive, so they can work on 10 things at once. But that's not true, 1 programmer can still only work on 1 thing at time.

It reminds me of all the other times programming got more efficient. The old adage comes to mind: 1 woman can make a baby in 9 months, 9 women do not make a baby in 1 month. They can average 1 baby a month, but they cannot make a baby any faster.

That's how AI is shaking out. Programmers can average out more tasks completed, but you still need an individual programmer to do each task.

>>
most of Americans are really just cattle

Most the stuff AI is trained on for conversation (rather than code) concludes. Emails close off, posts, etc. After you converse for long enough the training data pushes the AI to be more and more likely to want to close off the conversation somehow.
