What are some ways that I could use technology to motivate myself to do stuff instead of rotting away? All I can think of is to listen to the stuff I normally listen to in the background on an mp3 player instead of my PC (I don't like carrying my phone around, they're too large these days). And I will only allow myself to do that while doing chores or working out. Atomic habits basically, pairing time wasting habits with useful ones.

I know it's a basic concept, but I struggle to come up with other examples. What's some stuff that anons do?
