I can hear little continuous "stream" noises in my headphones when my PS Vita is downloading over Wi-Fi. Same with my other devices if they're doing a http download. Does this mean toxic signals are going through my head?

>>108816842No. it's just interference.The PS Vita's DAC is actually quite decent compared to most groundlooped piece of shit realtek DACs that somehow also have worse toslink output than LG's TVsIf you want to get rid of such parasite noises use TOSLINK with a galvanically isolated DAC(powered through a usb pd to dc converter and a powerbank, no usb)
