Picture in Picture not working properly in Wayland is the new File Picker meme when it comes to flaws in desktop Linux. It's amazing that complex Windows emulation can be done in Linux yet simple Window Management fails. And the fact that attempts to solve it have been USECASE'd makes it even funnier.

one is entirely run by trannies, the other is not. I'll leave you to figure out which is which by yourself.

x11 doesnt have this problem, gayland will never be a real protocol

Open video in mpv, resize window then set window to always be on top
>>
In KDE you can set a window rule to automatically keep Firefox's Picture-In-Picture windows always on top.
>>
I still can't drag to extract anything on Wayland. It's shit.

What the fuck is picture in picture from a "window management" perspective? I can't understand. My understanding of PiP is having 2 video outputs on a single screen, and my screen does support that.
