whats the verdict on these things anyways? if its decent for sending and reading text messages discreetly i may get a pair just so i dont have to look at my phone as much. The AI writing notes for important conversations sounds like a nice bonus.

I won't ever trust something like this unless I review the code, compile it on my machine, and then move the software onto the glasses myself. Not really a fan of other people having secret cameras or microphones on either, but it's not up to me to decide what other people wear.

>>108821737The screen is only on a small part of the lens. Wait until they figure out how to fill the full FOV and find a better control scheme. The 3 input ring isnt really enough for a screen.
>>108821737did a hackathon with them. the sdk is a bitch and basically requires running a html server to work with the screen as a 4 bit terminal. the fps is kinda shit and it can't really do video but it does text speed ok. it's super bizare and weird to look outside and see "oh yeah my radiation level increased"
