What I would look at first before dropping any cash is to see if you can tune the fan curve down while keeping the cpu below tjmax. A lot of AIOs get stellar performance just by blasting the fans at 2500rpm but if you're not dumping a 200w load into it you can get away with a more relaxed fan curve and the cpu will still be kept nice and cool.
