Out of all of this stuff, I use mail (along with their email hiding services), VPN, pass, and drive. I've used Lumo a little bit, and its actually a pretty competent AI but its hard to care since 99% of my use case for AI is coding, scripting, or formatting.
The major issue with stuff like Calendar is it doesn't have integration with a lot of stuff.
I've been totally degoogled for two years now and its been totally fine. Still use Google maps to drive places, though. That's the only part I wish I could change.

1. You can make email aliases for free (Gmail requires a Workspace account for that).

2. They pledged not to require 2FA to sign in. So 20 years from now you’ll still be able to use an email + password combination, while Google will surely require a cum sample soon, or your firstborn, just like M$ now wants you to use their Authenticator.

3. You can pay for their services in physical cash (just mail it in), or crypto.
