It will give bad parameters for equilibration and will fuck up unit conversions all the time. It won't know how to use thermostats correctly, it won't use the right topology to enable acceleration, etc. Claude will also fuck up, but will get much closer. With claude you can get a basic bitch simulation working if you learn a little about it and fix up after it's "done". With gemini it's so bad you have to throw it in the trash outright.
