How do I install bitmap fonts on Linux?
I can not stand squinting at these blurry fonts anymore.
I'm on Kubuntu.

step 1: download font file
step 2: move font file to /usr/share/fonts/
step 3: paste a command in the terminal to refresh system font cache

Alright, it seems there is simply a TTF version of Terminus that you can use on Wayland.

it doesnt work thanks to pango

it's still blurry, more subtly so, but still blurry. Also who wants to use only one font?

It is pixel perfect for the supported sizes. Proper bitmap font support would be preferable, but it's better than nothing.
