Several cases put a scoop in the lower front, and keep the power supply in the lower rear. That Havn 360 case, Fractal Meshify 3, Fractal Pop 2 Air, etc.There's also that idea of mounting the power supply, rotated 90 degrees from what's typical. Lian Li 207 does that in the front, Antec Flux Pro in the back.

If there were filters on the two large fans this would be a pretty optimal design. Just two fans pulling air in. All other vents allowing air out.
2 fans at the front, one at the back. That's it. That's all you need.

Yes dust gets sucked in through every micro gap, but eventually the dust builds up an insulating layer that prevents warm air from heating up my PC, keeping it running at peak performance.
