First of all, this post is written by a tranny, I guarantee you that. Second, the problem with Rust isn't trannies. Trannies are the symptom. The real reason people don't like Rust is because people who write in Rust (mostly trannies and tranny-sympathizers) want to push everyone to write everything in Rust - things that have mo business being written in Rust, like WebApps, browsers, CLI utilities etc. Those things would be better off just written in literally any other language and for the most part those things would do fine with a GC. Rust's complexity and ugliness is no match for most of the usecases it's being pushed for.
