These machines need billions of hours of training data to properly pull from. Most robots currently use recorded human actions suited up with thousands of sensors to properly preform simple actions. You'd need to record millions of sexual interactions to properly mimic humans during sexual intercourse. On top of that you would need proper heating and padding (if you are not mentally ill) to prevent injury from hard and fast repetitive impacts. The easiest way to theoretically pull this off is to use the machine as a puppet and have a single human consciously pilot the machine until enough data is created.
