They've been calling it a bubble for like 4 years at this point. How many more "two more weeks"s can they keep going with? Even if the market corrects and OpenAI or Anthropic dies, AI isn't going away.

I think most people know it isn't going to magically go away, but if the bubble pops it might be less aggressively pushed in our faces at least, and it might go enterprise only for a while.

It's insane that you'd even attempt to make this comparison. According to Coinmarketcap, the total valuation of all NFTS is slightly under 5 billion. Openai closed a funding round for 120 billion like a month ago. Google plans to spend close to 200 billion on AI infrastructure. The total amount spent on AI over the past few years and into the next few (including datacenter expansion et al) is probably trillions.

You're comparing a fringe fad with a less than 5 billion market cap to an industry moving hundreds of billions to trillions of dollars, from the biggest companies on planet earth. At some point you HAVE to stop coping.

>openai as first example
Imagine taking a circular investment bubble as anything other than the biggest RICO case in the world's history

It's bigger, so it can't be a bubble.

He said it looks like a bubble just a few months ago. I think he was in Italy when he said that
