This case is amazing for airflow, had it more than 15 years and can't envisage ever changing it. Removed all the front drive cages and disabled the case built in fan controller, it's basically a wind tunnel set up with a custom fan curve, so it runs very quiet and very cool under load with a moderate undervolt on the card.

OK back in win11 installer and formatted the SSD in file explorer before starting it up. There are STILL partitions listed as being on the SSD is this the problem or is this normal?

have you reflashed the windows USB? how many times? maybe it's corrupted, flash the image again using rufus, run it as admin
The only time W11 didn't install for me was when I had an old data HDD attached with some master boot record that conflicted with the one of the storage device I attempted to install windows on.

You could try bootstrapping off the hdd.Leave the hdd plugged inInstall on the ssdAt boot it'll bootstrap over to the boot partition on the windows 10 drive and ask you which os you want to boot.

I tried to install debian 13 on a laptop the other day and I couldn't with rufus, I had to use balenaetcher to flash the drive and then it worked
