My sony TWS earbuds (WF-1000XM6) sound better than every IEM I've tried. I've tried cheap chinese ones and also tried crinear reference.

Anyone have any recommendations for workout bt earbuds that wrap around the back of the ear? The junk ones at Best buy or staples I buy never last

I've used many bullet type iems over the years (both dangling cable and over the ear cable as well)
I got some wankers a year ago and it sounds different to what I'm used to for years. I've tried many different EQ's as well but I'm not 100% satisfied. They somewhat sound better closer to the max volume.

My question is: Is this difference mainly caused by the plastic housing (I've mostly used metal ones) or the shape of its autistic chamber yknow its not a bullet iem.
Just need a little info before I look for something new maybe soon.

I asked the robot what audio equipment is used in tournaments, and it thinks it's the Shure SE846, since there's no chance I'm spending $1,000 on some IEMs I asked it what a poorfag could buy instead and it recommended these.
I'm fine with spending $100 if the Truthear Hexa are getting 99% of the way there, but the kiwi ears look pretty close too and they're only $30.
so what does /iemg/ recommend?

I already have the Final Audio Make4. Perfect for home use, though I wanted something lighter for outside use, as they're quite heavy. I intended to buy the E4000 while I was in japan last month, but they were out of stock everywhere at Bic Camera and Sofmap. I thought of grabbing cheapo pair of e1000 or e2000 or whatever, but it's not like I would have saved much money. I also tried some of their TWS at Bic (I love how you can try various models), they did sound gud, but their battery life is subpar so that's a big no.
Overall, I like Final Audio's signature. I probably wouldn't like the E500 you posted though.

I got the TANGZU Wan'er S.G II a while ago and suddenly the left one stopped working.
I know it's not cable damage because both connectors work fine in the right monitor.
All I can surmise is that somehow something broke in the monitor itself, but I can't tell what broke or how it did.
Anything else I can try before buying a replacement?

m21 is good, included tpu case is trash. I watched wavetheory review of that koss and he was talking about amplification, in short they need bit more than u think. I have m21, it has lots of power for such small device but in some cases (with larger planar drivers) it provides lots of volume but sound lacks dynamics and it feels thin compared to larger amps. I would be worried if its enough for that koss. Wavetheory was talkong about that and he thinks that without good amp koss is losing bit of bass performance and overall tuning shifts more towards upper frequencies.

So, I have to requests:

I'm looking for iems that sound as close as the Sony MDR-7506, which are my favourite headphones. Something around or even below the 150€ mark would be great.

I'm also looking for a compact pmp. I've had the Hiby R4 for a year now, and even though I use it very often at home, I don't really take it outside as much because it's too bulky.

White and clear plastics tends to yellow a lot in the sun. Only way to change it is to give it a UV treatment, which means taking it apart. You can't just scrub it away.
This is why I don't buy anything white anymore, they discolor easily. Best to avoid it is not use it outside. If it's already yellow then your're kinda shit out of luck.

Entirely incorrect. UV light has a lot to do with degradation of cheap resins. Even oxygen itself degrades them.
Sunlight is the leading cause of cheapo clear resins to turn yellow, on top of other factors adding up and contributing.

Hi all, newfag here. I got the Waner SG II like half a year ago and really love the sound of it but kinda want to try something newish. EW300 is a scam IMO. Multi driver where the other drivers barely do anything, its tuning isn't anything you can't achieve with a single DD either.
