Problem:
Hard Disk Drive is always with less than 1GB of free space no matter how many shit I delete:

Story:
Guys I was having issues with my AMD drivers so I was installing and uninstalling a bunch of AMD drivers, and then after restart my laptop I got this error message and then the screen remains black, so I was not able to enter to windows so I had to do it via "safe mode"

First I tried restore my pc but keeping all my files, but windows said I didn't have enough space (I only had like 1GB free in my hard disk) so I end up deleting like 10GB of an anime that i was downloading via torrent(saint tail) after that and before restore my pc I tried to download and install the good AMD drivers, I was not able to do it in a normal way so I had to "force it" via "right click on the .inf file" https://ajtjp.com/blog/media/radeonInstall.png and it worked, when I did restart my pc the "logonUI.exe" error didn't appear anymore and everything worked normal but my hard drive: remember the anime i said i did delete? meanwhile I was in "safe mode"? well after that i recall end up like with 4GB of free space in my hard disk drive, but now i did delete other stuff and now no matter what my Hard Disk Drive still saying that I only have less than 1GB of free space without matter that I already did delete like 4GB of shit.

Last thread an anon mentioned I should use the cookie autodelete extension in firefox to selectively clear different parts of my browsing data for twitter, since I was asking how I could do that to try to solve an issue where after a few days of having twitter open in Firefox, those tabs with twitter open start to become unstable, slow to respond, or freeze entirely

What browsing data category is actually likely to be responsible for causing the issue? Can someone give me a breakdown of what each of these mean and what will get cleared from each?

Obviously I know that cookies store stuff like login data and clearing cookies will log you out of accounts or clear entered information in forms, surveys, etc, but that's about it.

I can only give you super generic advice, I haven't had an issue like this since windows 7 honestly but what you can do is just start right clicking folders in your file system and try to find where the largest ones are and start narrowing it down from there. With modern windows who tf know, it could be backing up screenshots, backing up from a connected account, backing up itself as a restore point (i remember the win 7 version I had was doing this back in the day and my hdd was always fucked from it)

try finding where the most space being used is and maybe you can figure out exactly what is screwing you

My PC has been running too hot when playing games lately and I've found out the GPU's fans don't run.
All three of them just don't spin anymore, and it's not a mechanical obstruction because I opened up the case and physically spun the fans.
How do I even go about troubleshooting this? I've tried manually setting the fan rate with Nvidia. Afterburner, and Fan Control, nothing works.
I've tried running games and benchmarks to get the temperatures up and the fans still don't kick in automatically either.
I've also tried taking out the GPU and replugging the fan headers, if that matters.

Is anyone here an XDG portals expert? Firefox under Sway (Wayland) on Linux doesn't launch a "dark mode" file chooser, and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot where things are going awry. I can disable the portals to have it use some sort of built-in GTK-like variant, but that version of the file chooser is buggy. It does appear in dark mode though, which makes me suspect an XDG portal issue.
Changing Firefox between an explicit dark and a "system" theme has no effect. Neither does launching it with GTK_THEME=Adwaita-dark or Adwaita:dark. Firefox itself is confirmed to be running in a wayland session. Firefox has the attached portal config values (changing them all from 2 to 1 has no effect).
I'm not using a desktop environment. The portals are installed (the main package, as well as the -gtk, -gnome, and -wlr backends) and the services are running. The "prefer-dark" and "Adwaita-dark" gsettings are set (for both GTK3 and 4, I believe). WAYLAND_DISPLAY and XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=sway are being set into the systemd and dbus environments at session start. The `gtk` value has been set for the default and fallback handlers in a ~/.config/xdg-desktop-portal/portals.conf file.
Clearly something is breaking or blocked somewhere, but I am not sure how to diagnose or interrogate issues in this stack.

Oled image retention questions.

I've had my Moto G Stylus 2025 for a little over a year now and like it a lot for the price. I emulate DS games recently on it and it works great. But I started noticing image retention, the white buttons on the bottom of the screen would leave a ghost image when I swap to another app after playing. I changed my buttons to a darker type and lowered the opacity way down as you can see in this image. However, I'm totally still noticing image retention issues, even after like 30 minutes if I swap to another app I can literally see a divide where there's a ghost line of color difference where the bottom of the game screen ends and where the black chunk the buttons sit in is, hell I can even see the thin line between the two screens in the upper half. It fades in under a minute if I only played like 30 minutes but still, I'm using the phone on like 10% brightness and it's worrying as someone not used to Oled that was hoping to keep this phone for like 5 years because the economy is shit now.

So, a few questions with that. Is this sort of thing normal with OLED or does it mean my screen sucks/is degrading? Should I be avoiding long gaming sessions at all, maybe like taking a 5 minute break every 20 minutes so the pixels rest? Most importantly, should I be worried about this turning into full on burn in that will never go away if I keep using the device to play games?

Since like 1-2 weeks ago I've been randomly getting this error when trying to post.
If I refresh the page and try to post again immediately it will work most of the time, if I let a few minutes pass and then try to post it will give me the error again.
It will randomly be a big issue for a couple hours, then be fine again for a few hours, then start happening again for a few hours throughout which I'm using the same exact IP. Infact changing my actual IP seems to have no impact on it at all.
Nothing on my setup changed since it started, I'm using Firefox with 4chanXT

It's a range ban. Everyone in your IP block is banned, precisely to stop people from getting around it by resetting their IP. Unless you have the capacity to switch to a very different IP, I don't think you can do anything about it. It happens sometimes, I've had it last a few hours of each day for a couple weeks, but that was the longest I've experienced. Hopefully whoever is triggering the ban gives up soon and you can be OK.

I've experienced some on-and-off range bans, probably because perpetual ones are really inconvenient to users. I never tried this refresh workaround you're using, so I am not sure if that's specific to your situation. It does seem odd, though unfortunately I don't have much to add to that. Those are vague issues and could be caused by any number of things. Having bad RAM would probably cause system lockups or program crashes, but it's also the easiest one to test. Look into using memtest (if you happen to have a recovery partition on your machine, it may have even have it installed there or something similar). That being said, your problems may be something else. With any sort of tech issue, step one is gathering information. See if you can find any system logs or messages that indicate why your internet might be dropping. I own an LG 27GL850 monitor and I've had it for a long time.
I've used it on two computers, and on both computers, if I turned off the monitor while the computer was running and then I turned it on again, the monitor would say that no input is being detected and it powers off automatically again. I don't think either of my computers are at fault, I think there's something wrong with my monitor.
If I try over and over to turn the monitor off and on again, it never detects any input. When I disconnect and reconnect the displayport cable, it does the same thing. The only thing I can do is turn my computer off and turn it on again so my monitor turns on alongside it automatically, and I can never turn my monitor off or let it go to sleep.
Is there anything at all I could do to fix this? do I just need to replace the monitor? The display itself is still fantastic, no burn-in, no dead pixels, no visual funkiness, it's just this one issue.

there are no free (allowed) solutions to your problem and all non-crypto alternatives would require your actual government name and financial details. crypto is far more anonymous than any other way you just don't know how to use it
