Are the Arctic P14 Pros really that bad? Every review I read has them complaining about how loud they are. Should I go with Pure Wings 3 140s instead?
Arctics are $23 for a 5 pack on Amazon while the Pure Wings are $35 for 3.
I also use headphones and room fan so I'm not in search of silence, just don't want something so loud I can hear it through my headphones.

I'll be using them as case fans. If I get a 5 pack they'll be 3x front intake, 1x rear exhaust, 1x top-rear exhaust, and I'll slap the stock 140 rear exhaust that came with my case into the open spot beneath my GPU as a second bottom intake, along with the stock 120 already there. Either that or I'll do 2x140mm front intakes, 2x140mm bottom intakes, and the 2x140mm exhausts at rear and top-rear.
I feel like with that many 140mm fans I can keep them all at low RPM. I have an undervolted 9070 (non-xt) and am going to buy a 5800x3d (which will be undervolted as well and cooled by my phantom spirit 120 evo) so I don't feel like I generate a crazy amount of heat.

You want to keep the P14 Pro running at under 1000 RPM if you want to minimize fan noise.
Mine (2x) are set at 800 RPM, I notice the 2000 RPM AIO pump sound more (notice, not loud).
They push enough air at these lower RPMs, easily topping HWCooling's 31 dBA static pressure measurements.

Very few daily systems need any case fans running near their maximum rated RPMs.

My desk has no space for two monitors and my case. Should I sell one of the monitors or move my case to the floor? How wide is your desk anyways? My desk is only 60 inches wide so I had to compromise to make 2 monitors work. You can rotate one monitor vertically or you can buy one of those mounts that will fit two horizontal monitors vertically.
They also make attachable shelves for desks. I currently have one setup over my pc for some extra space. And also "downgraded" my build to an itx. This gave me enough space for a 32 inch and a 27 inch monitor.

Also if you're putting your pc on the floor I recommend getting a little cart with wheels on it to keep it slightly elevated and easy to move.

I switched now from two monitors to one with a laptop if needed. Advantage is it requires less space and I can move programs from my main PC to the laptop e.g. for running an audio interface. Downside is if I look something up on the laptop I can't copy paste to the PC without extra steps and you have to deal with individual mouse/touchpad and keyboard unless you run something in Bluetooth that allows multi devices.

I went from 2-3 monitors and my pc on a desk to a single 55" tv on an entertainment center, with my pc temporarily on a heavy duty plastic tub beside it. I pulled my desk back a few feet and put nothing on it except my keyboard and mouse, controller, remotes, and other little things I use every day. It feels great having so much space but I almost want a smaller desk now. I also need to buy a pc stand/cart but that'd be purely for aesthetics because the plastic tub is working fine. As long as you keep your pc like 6 inches off the carpet and vaccuum regularly it should be no problem. If you have hard floors then it's even cleaner, just be sure to sweep.
IMO two+ monitors are only useful if your screens are small or you like to game in fullscreen while doing or watching something else at the same time. I fell for the multimonitor meme and had three monitors sitting in my closet for a couple years until I managed to sell them to a friend for barely a third of what I paid (they weren't cheap), because I naturally just stopped using all but one of them.
A single display is better for performance, focus, space, and aesthetics, and you can invest more money into a way higher quality display than if you had to divide that budget among multiple monitors.

They only get loud at higher RPMs. At low to medium RPMs there is hardly any difference to premium fans except in case of a faulty, rattling fan that you would simply replace.
Remember that a significant amount of the noise results from accelerated air hitting fins of coolers or parts of the case, braces, frames etc.
The loudness of this noise depends solely on the volume of the airflow, not the model of the fan causing it. Even the best fans make a lot of noise this way.

60 FPS feels pretty good still with VRR.

I played GTA IV at 60 FPS (because the game breaks at high FPS) on a 60 Hz non-gaming monitor, and then switched to a 180 Hz VRR monitor, and it felt much better afterwards despite the same FPS.

you'd be surprised but that's sadly pretty normal on a lot of x870 and x870e motherboards. Some allow you to turn off the USB 4 instead for the second slot to run at PCIe 5.0 x4 but that's here not the case. The intel SSD is old so it shouldn't have much impact when installed in M2_3. It would be more problematic with a PCIe 5.0 SSD as the other slots only have Gen 4 lanes on top of being connected via the chipset.

Do not bother trying HDR on this monitor.
