Your collection is Flux Krea 2 (7 variants), Flux 2 Klein, Chroma, Qwen-Image, Z-Image, Anima, Neta-Lumina, Miruku — sd.cpp supports maybe Chroma and Qwen-Image of those, and would strand ~200G of the rest. So you start by making a ControlNet input image with the incorrect characters (or use an existing image), then you combine that with regional prompting. It's relatively small, pretty much anyone can run it and train at least loras for it, it's easy to train, it's a massive improvement over SDXL and so on.
