Using a DIY steam machine to play Bayonetta 1 in 4k60 (Bayohook helps a ton) R5 3600 and Rx7600 have some life in them yet

Looking at some B550 boards and there seems to different configurations on PCIe/M.2/SATA lanes. Sometimes the second M.2 slot disables one PCIe, sometimes two SATA ports. Is this just a different configuration or is there a greater implication on performance?

The Pulsar monitors were originally shown in 2024 I think and then released 2026, some miniLED I had an eye on never released either.
