ok bros, I think I found the ideal workflow. no cope loras and shit.I use the oficial I2V and R2V workflows, just added sage attention patch and minimax h3 cache.getting average 215 sec. generation time for a 5sec .40mp at 20 steps, on a RTX 5050 8GB VRAM and 16GB RAM. no ghosting, artifacts and sound is flawless.Previous attempts with turbo loras get me worse results at 10 steps and higher gen times wit shit sound. Now everything run smooth, a long streak of great gens.Just looking for a good lora to make vagene looks real.

Now that doesn't mean they will be able to run those models at all, but what it does mean is Ai genning models that are discarded by the devs (if open source) can be kept alive. So imagine say in a decade H3 being considered so old but can easily be run on cheap computers specs because the bar moves up. Not that H3 is going to be the end of open source video genning models, but that is all that it can be viewed as.

I am running everything on a mostly dedicated 16GB VRAM + 64 GB RAM Machine and the time of the generation is very unreliable. I am thinking of a separate machine for the LLM (I've run the same workflow with a cloud LLM node and the workflow works better). What do you think of a Macmini for the LLM, the form factor and noise are clear advantages. What is the most basic macmini that would work well in this scenario 24 GB?
