Finally got it mounted on the arm. I was testing it out on the stand and it was giving me motion sickness sitting so close to it.

Need some advice to try and save my PC.

A pipe bursted in my ceiling and it flooded my room and my setup got wet. the PC wasn't summerged in water but it did get wet, like if someone dumped a bucket over it. I was able to get it out of the room fairly fast and into a dry room. I tried to dry off everything I could and then I dissasembled the system and put the parts inside some plastic crates with some dehumidifier packs.

Question is how fucked am I?? is it a lost cause? Am I delaying the inevitable or it's possible for it to survive unscathed?

I know my psu is no good and I'm going to replace it but I wanted some input in what else should i replace even if it boots up. also any extra advice to make sure it survives??

yesterday I bought a PC from a guy for more than 370 euros, cpu is i3-10105 and GPU is nvidia geforce gtx 1070ti, 16gb ram. now that's nice and all, my previous pc was office pc-level shit, but since I didn't buy it from a store (which would probably be more expensive), he insisted that for any tech support I should go to him. he tested the benchmark in front of me using a cracked Need for speed game from dodi-repacks, and told me to not delete four programs (hard drive sentinel, gpu-z, crystaldiskinfo, and some other app idk). I obviously didn't like this, so when I went home and used malwarebytes it detected the hard disk sentinel had a cracked activator, which had 40/66 detections on virustotal.

I've read about people falling victim to infostealers, so im scared as shit since I have a steam account with games I dont wanna lose, and a shitton of emails (apart from maybe like 2 main ones) that don't have recovery methods since they were more or less disposable. maybe accounts on some other games/platforms that are actually worth something, all of these passwords are scattered through various notepads I've made over the years so I can't keep track of all of them. my plan is to activate the windows with MAS before I do anything (hwid only, but idk if its safe...), get an USB and install windows with the media installation tool using my sibling's device, motherboard is ASUS so I'd have to mash F8 during bootup right? and delete all partitions before re-installing windows? I've also tried creating a canarytokens honeypot document named "passwords.txt" but I've got no notification on my email (on phone) of anything opening it.
