anything with multple views seems to work ok. You just have to specify that use image x as reference, use, style, fashion etc etc, do not use image x as starting point etc. and then also use one extra image that only has a close-up of face and always specify that the face likeness comes from image y

I would use krea2 to make it. For minimax video you can just put extra images of some breasts etc that you like and prompt that image x and y give details for x and y. Minimax works really well if you have one side-angle profile shot and close-up of face.

It's clearly in your prompting.

The left is far, far better than the left if you look at the models perspective. Use an LLM to prompt enhance with the official guide if you have to.

I've seen variations of the right image for ever and forever, the left is far original. Just use impact pact for inpainting if you don't like it.

to the anon that liked my kairi krea2 lora, I'm still working the dataset for namine and larxene. going to mix up the dataset of screenshots of kh chain of memories with high quality synthetic images (gpt image 2 5mp images) that matches namine's visual appearance in the opening kh2 cgi intro. glimmer had a "better" vision adapter (or whatever they call it) than qwen 3.8 when it came to general knowledge in my testing. Audio references work in i2v sometimes (at weirdly higher quality, they remove background audio and have better tonal variance) but they have much higher chances of breaking timing and causing dialogue to appear in the wrong place. I still prefer it because when it works the quality is much nicer

I have no idea what to gen besides porn for videos. Same is mostly true for t2i too, but for videos I am almost entirely just a coomer.

>>109566932
>gens I could already do become faster
Yes but the margin will be small, even more so if you already have dynamic memory
>gens I couldn't do because of OOM (too long or high res) are possible
Maybe? I am not sure though. If OOM is caused by hard VRAM limit that can't be offloaded, likely not, but I don't know either way. Hard to tell without seeing what caused the OOM.
>I can fit a bigger model than int8 convrot
For larger models, yes.
For speed you might still end up wanting to use int8 anyway though.

Better ssd life if you are hitting swap on your current workflows

loading a model from the SSD into RAM/VRAM = read

For the narrator I used a 10s clip of Marius from D2 talking and defined it as
<Subject 3> is the narrator speaking with the voice from <Audio 1>.
<Audio 1> is a weak reference for <Subject 3> the narrator's vocal characteristics only. Match its voice quality, timbre, pitch, cadence, emotional delivery, and overall speaking style, while generating entirely new dialogue. Do not reproduce, imitate, or use the actual speech, words, or dialogue from <Audio 1>.

For the soundtrack I just gened an insturmental with Suno and overlaid it.

I wonder if i can use this to make 8 + 8 seconds smoothly since Minimax works well with shorter duration
>>
>>109567258
yeh it tiring and also posting on 4chins means the quality has to drop to fit (albeit for /wsg/ it is 6mb not 4mb limit) but besides the point. This is where the mindset is, do you just keep making short video gens separately that really are one off's - some can work like that. Or put more effort in making longer sequences that are not simply separate ones joined together in a compilation? As we have seen from technically impressive longer AI short movies they are mildly interesting but ultimately forgettable maybe due to them trying to show off AI type capabilities over not simply doing more down to earth movies styles.
>>
>>109567275
/wsg/ is more used to use to link to other boards. But there are lot's of threads that are generals but are pretty slow moving anyway. They really are not a social hangout either. they are good because the threads don't get nuked easily as long as they get a bump before the fall off the catalogue

Mine is PCIe5 x4 (Speed 16GT/s, Width x4 in lspci both capability and actual negotiated) and since it's a decent SSD for this bus speed it's probably not very comparable.

That said I also had SSD before that were pretty shit, well below negotiated/available bus speed especially when they got full. There was some odd stuff going on with these. I did follow /pcbg/ advice and benchmarks on this current one and it IS vastly better.

Yeah, it's a lot of work.
I now have 8 main characters, 2 child versions, 14 supporting characters, various locations, a story, dialog, etc.
This is going to take a while.
I still have to manually refine and polish a lot of the characters.

I would've liked to do this in a group - I'm really flexible when it comes to the setting and story. But no one wants to work as part of a team.

maybe one way of doing it is to gen significant scenes first and then you can gen the scenes in-between them after so they are easier to compliment those scenes. Not exactly padding but you have the big scenes and the other scenes are there to build up and also perhaps tell the story after.

I'm the anon who uploaded the "anime action scene" three days ago.
I've been experimenting a lot since then, have improved significantly, and I think I can make a short film.
But this isn't an action isekai - it's an adult slice-of-life drama that explores power, powerlessness and the burden of constantly putting off important decisions. So it's more of a philosophical piece.

The thing I'm really salivating over with baited breath is competent local world models with infinite runtime where you have the ai hallucinate a playable world into existence and change it on the fly custom tailored to your own niche interests.

That's why I think the next step towards full self gen programs is an editor to go through and inpaint video and then gen audio for segments in the editor.

we're not there yet, but a massive leap forward, and potentially this could be hacked with careful planning. The hard part would be the audio.

I find LLMs to be terrible at this sort of thing. They'll waste a lot of time and tokens pursuing every brainfart someone posted stackoverflow or reddit regarding a somewhat related topic. In the end they'll convince themselves of having run into an extremely obscure issue, and mess up everything trying to fix it, when the actual answer is fairly easy.

Had an issue with ssh on some VPS a few months back and thought I'd let the LLM handle it. It did completely retarded shit, when it was just a simple SELinux issue.

>>
>>109566191
The Base model has much greater prompt adherence than the Turbo model.

The Turbo model sacrifices diversity for speed. The reason your results are bad is because it is giving you a rough digital sketch like you asked.

Your style prompt is next to nothing, so it took the works sketch and ran with it. The turbo model, being less adherent to your prompt, gave you a non-sketch, stylized output.

I also doubt the model knows about your actual artist you mentioned.

Genuine advice
a) Add to the style of the prompt so it is like you want.
b) Switch to Anima model so you can just use Booru tags, there are entire sites dedicated to the Anima + Booru tags, so it is easy to get the exact same anime style you want.

I'll believe that AI can make a walk animation for a Trellis Jank mesh when I see it.

I've been experimenting too, I've actually had okayish results, and I think I am about to get even better.

Flow:
a) Controlnet + Z-image to in a pose
b) Trellis Gen on it
c) Preprocessing nodes to remove Trellis Jank
d) Somax Rigging
e) AI motion driven by Nivida Kimido.
f) Texture projection

It works pretty well in some cases. I improved step C recently. So I think it will become a reality and I actually make indie games.

Had it build a custom workaround psuedo harness / digital puppet that would watch the grok chat window for instruction prompting that was in essence a cli that worked off the rolling soft cap based 30 dollar normie sub. I wasn't, grok was making them for me in unity, it made a whole little procedural proof of concept playable minecraft-like big titty pregnant midget renamon game and she could wear the sorting hat from harry potter and it would scream racial slurs as physical projectile attacks where the letters that comprised the slur would smack into an enemy dealing damage.

are 5 steps enough for t2v with turbo lora?
>>
>>109568684
good enough to see if a seed is worth actually genning the full 20 steps, yeah

Am I reading right that I can reference 1 or more pictures of perfect breasts and they will appear in my gens? I'm tired of having zero boob vocabulary in the stock model
>>
>>109568699
the same seed isn't even remotely related when going from turbo to regular gen. Are you retarded or have you just never tried it?
>>
>>109568701
i see wan2gp added it so i'll check it out
>>
>>109568684
no
you need like 10 steps
>>
Did shift_video cause slowmotion ? i put it back at default 12 and my gen barely moving now
>>
why is the record label jew much more powerful than the hollywood jew?
>>
>>109568723
it does affect the "speed" of the movements yes, but it has more to do with motion blur/clarity of fast moving objects, and it should speed up as the value goes up, so you may have something backwards there
>>
How's wan2gp for H3? I've never tried it

Bro probably had some crazy cunny shit in the prompt that got caught on the metadata scanners.
>>
>>109568726
He's not, but the when it comes to video, the hollyood jew would have to go up against the big tech jews, hollywood jew doesn't want that, neither would record label jew

Suno and Udio were small startups, they never had a chance
>>

once you have it installed, yea. I'm sure it does. It's getting to that point that's the issue.

python dependency hell. I can't even remember exactly now. I'm already balls deep into 3 other projects since then.
I used to have a working install, but now that comfy can actually manage memory, I haven't needed it.

I've only got fails when I get OOM due to too large ref image.
1152x1536 is too high res for me, so I only gen 768x768 or 576x768.

>>109568925
Yeah, the problem of the img generation following your prompt? Damn, that sucks.
>>
>>109568919
>Wildcards
nope. i have been thinking of experimenting with pseudo wildcards by prompting in a way that gives the model a list of possibilities to see if it would actually work
>Ai prompt enhancement?
nope, the fast generation speed lets me tweak constantly. i think people here are making a mistake by using prompt enhancement since it always bloats the prompt which ruins the flow of the video
