Okay so i tested my JadeAudio KA13 with my phone and it works as advertised.then I realized that it's my PC itself that is causing the crackling/distorted popping sound. The KA13 basically enhanced it so i can hear it clearly.now I'm at a lost. I'm planning to buy a USB Hub so I can get more USB ports anyway so if I try it with that and it still makes those sounds, i'm planning to buy the iFi iSilencer+ to see if that works.

I had same issue when i was playing games, power draw for graphics card overloaded usb cable to dongle and sound glitched out. Some DACs and even dongles (usually on more expensive side) have 2 usb ports, one for power, one for data (sometimes they even have power lines cut off) so u can split that signal and dont have that problem. I dont know if u can do something about it other than buying bigger desktop DAC/AMP that have socket for power supply and usb in for data
