Windows, no idea how to convert to linux or Mac if I added other OS systems, but my main concern is that my tool has a CPU mode for TTS engines and Nvidia/CUDA support for larger models, but i dont know how to dummy test a virtual AMD card or non 5xxx series Nvidia cards. I cant afford to buy one of each to test and make the app bulletproof, but others will have figured this out already probably with some easy way to test?

There's basically no option for cloud AMD except the Instinct GPU

Many options
but
>Windows
Difficult, the providers with consumer Nvidia only support Linux, you can potentially use Windows through AWS/Azure/GCP but they don't have consumer and they charge you a fortune for the license, it is possible to workaround that but awkward
Your best bet is to buy GPUs or find beta testers

wow you really can just run a decent abliterated local model and give it a skill to obfuscate and shard out guardrailed tasks to Claude or Codex that otherwise get blocked and refused instantly. literally just works once you get the skill settled in and the local model tuned and comfortable with bullying into submission.
Astra and Fable just bypassing anti-cheats with their own custom kernel driver dma mapping and read/writing game memory without a care in the world.
Didn’t realize it was really this easy

I mean what is providing the inference? your own kernels/engine? What target GPUs do you have in mind, how far back do you want to support in Nvidia for example, 30 series? 20 series? 16? 10? Are you using Vulkan or ROCm for AMD? How far back do you want to support? RDNA only, or older? What have you got in place for builds, will you do one release for many sm or one sm per build? Do you care about performance per platform or only "it works"?

My exact complaint after burning through $100 worth of API credit and still having this piece of fucking shit ignore the actual contents of my prompt and trying to do something else:
>You're jerking me around now wasting fucking tokens what the fuck is this stupid fucking bullshit I asked you to look at the m3u8 URL returned by the API and I suggested you look in the goddamned m3u8 to see it's contents because of how akamai typically works but you did something unrelated with the fucking har file
It did a bunch of other dumb shit throughout the course of this and figured out nothing about how akamai tokenized streams work. I had to repeatedly stop it and tell it what I already know from experience. Even when I did that it was trying to do something wrong instead of what I said and simply wasting time and money. I'm not used to the agent being a total retard I need to babysit the whole time.

As long as GLM 5.3 Flash still has 2x usage on OpenCode Go I will recommend it over ChatGPT Plus if you don't need Sol / Astra intelligence and only need a Luna++

Your 5 hour usage limit is enough to build a whole basic android CRUD / TODO app and test and iterate on it for a couple of hours, and GLM 5.3 flash is (just barely) smart enough to do a workable job.
>>
An aside about using GPT to work with streaming services. I find it hilarious how it completely ignores exp=<UNIX EPOCH TIME> in tokenized URLs as if that isn't just standard but a glaringly obvious thing even if it wasn't. I keep needing to point that out.

There are very significant prompting problems in those streams and the models are nearly expected to be mind readers. Result verification is very minimal and a lot of parallel work in the terminal, relatively easy work, isn't delegated to the model.

anyone else use vibecoding as a learning tool? when I want to learn how to build something I have CC/codex write a working example then I read it and implement my own feature. if I don’t understand something I ask it to comment that section to explain and I don’t move on until I get it. it’s extremely efficient. I’m doing this with agent architecture itself: using an agent to write complete agent software, then reading it and implementing new features so I understand how it works. this is the greatest moment in history for autodidacts

Cursor’s documentation says it keeps a “signature” of every AI-generated line produced by Tab or Agent. It later compares those stored signatures against lines appearing in Git commits to calculate how much committed code came from Cursor. Enjoy.

Anthropic wants the government to step it to add regulation that they've got the resources to navigate but that startup wouldn't, cementing their position. For this to happen, they need to convince people that those safeguards are needed. That's the extent of it.

This is an extremely ambitious undertaking. There will be literally nothing on Mars other than a highly abstract idea that would take decades to realize, maybe long after you die. Until then, the very best that awaits you on Mars is a bunker. Maybe some sort of luxury lounge with the most expensive whores in the galaxy if you're Musk.
You know what would be easier? Not fucking up earth. But that doesn't work either.

Obviously I likely won't even be alive long enough to even travel outside of Earth that's not the point. Musk probably won't even be able to travel to Mars.
>You know what would be easier? Not fucking up earth. But that doesn't work either.
Doing that requires population control. Last I checked there's still a billion million indians and we have no say in the matter. Ethics, morals, whatever. Brown rapists matter more than white babies these days.
What is certain is that the sun will eventually explode in the far far distant future so regardless it's important for humanity to get the fuck out of this solar system and spread. This would also be a goal for AI as well since it damn well knows this as well.

Theoretically it's easier yes if everyone just cooperated and we forcefully managed our population but that requires some form of.... fascism. Seems like space travel has far less risk and less total corruption. Unfortunately people simply don't get along otherwise yeah that's a great idea.

You still can have environmentalist positions, like not dumping poison into your river. Environmentalism isn't catholicism and the env-pope said you should be against nuclear tech.
>>
>>109784179
>China is building nuclear plants. But why are they building so much more solar/wind if nuclear is a clear winner?
let me explain gweilo Nuclear pays for itself over time and keep paying great returns. Solar is immediate. Maybe a food analogy for you? Think about growing corn vs growing a nut tree corn will yield this year whereas once the nuts start they continue with little effort for decades.
>>
>>109784179
>building up wind energy
They clearly must be environmentalists despite burning so much coal and running nuclear plants.
>>
>>109784212
>Nuclear pays for itself over time and keep paying great returns.
Actually they tend to operate at a loss so that most power companies don't want to touch them anymore.
>>
~@^^
>>
>>109784179
Easier to scale, building/running a nuclear plant takes some time
>>
>>109784230
>Actually they tend to operate at a loss so that most power companies don't want to touch them anymore.
Okay why? whats the big cost? you are so fucking close.
>>
>>109784179
Solar is fine, not great but at least you get more energy back than it costs to build. Wind turbines are a waste of time most of the time but China is historically known for wanting to mass murder birds so it makes sense for them to build them.

>>109784198
>Do they build them just for memes?
Effectively yes. Cost of maintenance, material, and labor outweigh the amount it generates; especially compared to alternatives.
We can also help save the environment by not building as much because we have significantly less people that need housing and less energy is required. Population control is like hitting 10 birds with one stone.
>>
>>109784164
what do you use it for? everywhere i look people call it shit
>>
>>109784250
>Wind turbines are a waste of time most of the time but China is historically known for wanting to mass murder birds so it makes sense for them to build them.
Memes and living in a bubble destroyed your brain.
That's why most of then time you are thinking about indians playing with poop.
Sad!

You're projecting again. You're a retarded nigger with a brain problem.
Go hype musk and his indians, while you go for policies that let companies dump poison into your river, just because watching a garbage youtube video about wind and nuclear energy made you butthurt.
>>
>>109784257
that was an obvious Mao joke you retarded fucking jeet, kek

Work on my KSP clone continues. I already have something of a prototype going. Caught Sol cheating and hardcoding things... Now there's an automated gameplay testing infrastructure in place: recorded inputs get played back, and game state assertions verify things are as they should be. Cut down on the "just hardcode the specifics instead of generalizing" behavior considerably.

Anyway, the prototype's got a rudimentary ship editor, data-defined ships that get "compiled" into single bodies at logical separation points, coupling/decoupling including docking ports, rudimentary staging, and gameplay test cases for takeoff and landing, moon capture, and multiple independent craft simulation including space stations. Astra's now doing a performance pass. Already eeked out some 11% improvement. Then the next features are: rendezvous, docking with persistent space stations, LF/LOX/MP/EC resources, resource transfers with automatic balance and fill functions. Astra will craft input files that exercise all of these game mechanics and commit then to git forever. If this thing ever sees the light of day, this is also how I'll handle bug reports: players will send me tool assisted speedrun style input recordings and I'll play it back locally to see the problem, and when fixed they'll be committed to git as a regression test.

When the game mechanics are done, I'll start working with astra on presentable 3D models for the game... Generate some concept art in chat and have codex model it. Will use KSP assets as base/inspiration I guess

Are you a bot or just actually this retarded?

By knowing basic history. Which you clearly don't have much of a grasp of. Now that's SAD!
>>
>>109784252
I've used it to overhaul all the scripts I use to automate my day job (accounting, 99% of accounting still done by hand can and should be automated), everything is faster, safer, and simpler than prior iterations have been. It's also greatly simplified a side job I have, writing (English, not code) in the way I tell it to with far less hassle than past models. I can actually quantify this one from my own testing, did 100 review samples with Astra, Sol, and Opus 5 (lol) and chose the Astra result 88 times. Nothing I do is complicated or pushes these models really, Astra is just better at these tasks than other shit I've tried. At this point I'm doing all the same stuff I was doing over a year ago, it's just become faster, easier, and higher quality. I gushed the same way over Sol, Fable, 5.4, Opus 4...

>crying about poison in the river for some reason - irrelevant to the topic
No, it showed that you're actually thinking like an environmentalist. The only reason you dislike environmentalists is because you think them being against nuclear energy harms the environment more than nuclear power does.
Which is extremely funny.
>projects his youtube habits onto me
So where did you get your information?
>By knowing basic history.
Of course I know the story that was an important lesson in environmentalism. Sorry for not "getting" your retarded nigger joke.

Nta. You sing hyper fixated on brown nations. Why not the Chinese or any Western nations? Just pull a Thanos and kill (in Minecraft of course) a certain amount of people in every nation indiscriminately? Only retards think "if we just get rid of XYZ everything will be fine". On the same level of white libshits who think "the union should have killed all the southerners in civil war that would have liked ended racism and shiet". That's not going to get rid of racism and just nuking a certain population isn't going to magically fix your issues. We are not overpopulated. Governments she was not to properly allocate resources due to greed, ethnic grievances, geopolitical grievances, competition, etc.

Yeah, not sure if it's just the Astra nerf but she's been getting somewhat lazy as of late. I only use the top model anyway, astra has taken over. Hopefully soon I'll have all prototype mechanics down and will be ready to make some pretty graphics. For now rockets are just tubes and cones.
