The idea behind PTPIMG has always been retarded and the trackers that recommend them now have another, unnecessary problem to deal with. Not sure if PTP, RED and whoever else recommended it has solved the issue for existing uploads but I don't think they were prepared. Meanwhile GGn was prepared, is now using their own imagehost and they've already migrated most of the PTPIMG images, IIRC.
