Marathon has a plagiarism controversy i guarantee was caused by someone not remembering where an asset came from. It could also be one of those stockphoto rip and post as your own deals.

The higher ups followed the accounts of the artist that was stolen from, there is no way that it wasn't intentionally stolen by direction of the design director.
