What should I look for? To make something like this?
it used to be my job to make these in 2011.you literally would just make the design in photoshop, because its such a small image size just cram as much shit as you can until theres literally no more pixels. then export that as a png. then make a second frame with a bunch of shit glowing. export that as a png, then bring it into after effects, make a comp, add ur two images and sequence them together to flash, then just add an adjustment layer and add some dumbass red giant lens flare fx or some shit that makes it even more flashier but with motion. then export that as an mp4, and use like ez gif to convert it to a gif and make it ready for web
