This might be more related to video editing, but does anyone have any idea how the tabs were put on screen like in the screenshot? Its a 16 year old video, and it sure doesn't look like your average sony vegas/premiere text tool. Something more analogue.

i think its just that "notation" is inherently messy so it looks wonky.
