I've been a high school teacher and this is hilarious to me. Now granted, I was teaching at upper class schools in Asia, so I never saw any shit like this.
But the whole social dynamics are so different from a student or a teacher's perspective. Even though I never had any students be rude with me, obviously you have deliquents that think they're being real slick by skipping class or being late. We don't care. You just tick a box and if some numbers fall over/under certain expectations, they fail. Then we go home and drink beer with our buddies.
